DAX Service and Support Program

DAX Archiving Solutions has added the Smart Support contract to its portfolio. Worldwide, customers of our smartDAX product line can select the service level they require to ensure optimum functioning of their system.

As smartDAX systems are usually mission critical system elements, optimum functioning is of prime importance to our customers. The price of a Smart Storage contract is competitive and depends both on the required service level and a customer's geographic location. The service level selected assures the customer an engineer on-site within a specified time, and additionally a single point of contact and coordination in case of problems.
